It's the 1st time I have been to this opticians and it was excellent experience, the staff where lovely and friendly right across the board and so efficient from shorting out a very sore eye I had to an eye test the following week and now I'm going for a cataract assessment next week absolutely brilliant you couldn't ask for better. The service at this opticians is second to none. You are made to feel very welcome as soon as you enter the premises. All the staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble to them. The highly qualified optometrists explain every thing to you during your treatment and give helpful advice which can be very reassuring.

This was my first ever visit to Allister and Simpson Opticians. Straight away I was given a warm welcome. My first ever eye test since I was a child. The staff went through the procedures and reassured me that everything would be ok, to which it was. I had another eye test to find out what strength glasses I would need. It was an amazing experience. Then, I had to choose my glasses. All the staff were so helpful and reassuring, so friendly too. I would highly recommend choosing Allister and Simpson Opticians. You will not be disappointed. 5 stars

Good range of frames and options with patient staff to make sure you are happy with your new glasses. Their testing helped identify a problem with my eyes before any serious issues occurred so I'm thankful for the multiple tests they perform. Will continue to use this amazing local service.
